I finally dragged out my sewing machine and made the valence for the kid's bathroom window.
( I figured I couldn't leave the fabric draped over the rod forever)
It was crazy easy, I just hemmed the 4 sides and used simple silver clip rings to hang it.
It's much cuter in person, and looks really great with the new striped wall.
I've got just a few more things to tweak and then I'll post pictures of the whole room.

From the looks of it, you have a high window in your bathroom, which is just the appropriate type I think. You know, for security reasons. And admit it; it’s nice to look up the sky when bathing! XD So, I guess that treatment you did was just for design and for limiting the light. If I’d count the effort, it’s terrific! :D
