Finished Bookcase

It's all done, and now looks like this......

 

I painted it a soft white, sanded the edges a bit, and added a little pop of color on the back.

 

 

 

I love that the four glass doors slide up to open.

 

 

I keep one open to hold my clock, my current reads, and a basket of bedside necessities.

 

 After I bought it from Goodwill I realized it was a homemade bookcase.

Someone worked hard on it, and I'm happy to give it a new home and a new life.
