I bought this cute little stool at a yard sale for $3.00. The previous owner said it was a sewing stool, and was at least 75 years old. It was a little wobbly, and the upholstery was in terrible shape, but it had great potential!
I love that the seat lifts off for extra storage.
I borrowed a friend's electric staple gun,
bought half a yard of fabric,
and recovered the seat.
I also gave the wood a fresh coat of paint.
The result is a perfect little vanity stool for our master bathroom.
Can you tell I'm still in a Paris frame of mind?
