Leuven, Day 2

After a great time in Paris, we made the drive back to Leuven, Belgium to enjoy the last night of our trip. We had a nice dinner at an Italian restaurant, walked the town a little more, and relaxed after a crazy busy week.

Belgium doesn't give out free water in glasses at restaurants. If you want it, you have to pay about 4 euros for a tiny bottle.

This is the University Library. It kind of looks like Hogwarts inside.

The famous "Bug" sculpture. This huge skewered bug sits in front of the library.

I've always liked this sculpture of a court jester,

and his wacky eyes!

We are CRAZY about this cherry gelato. We've searched Phoenix for something similar, but have yet to find it.

The next morning we took a cab to the Brussels airport, where I caught a plane home and Lee got a rental car and made the drive to Frankfurt, Germany, where he'd spend the next four weeks.

What an amazing trip!!!

Ok this is probably annoying but, I don't know how often you go on facebook and I sent you message on there. So check it when you get a chance.
