I put up two Christmas trees each year. One is for all the handmade ornaments, and the cute stuff my kids make at school. The other (the one below) is more of a "formal" tree.
I like how simple and monochromatic the tree is.
We all have our first initial on it.
These crocheted stars were made by my grandma.
I made these word tags several years ago. I used several different words and fonts cut from vinyl.
I use a ton of stuff from the floral department of craft stores. Lots of sparkly leaves and buds,
Pretty glittery stars,
and natural elements like these twig balls.
I enjoy having a "fancy" tree, and my kids enjoy being able to decorate one of their own as well.
