Apron Project

Two of my friends and I (Barb and Cyndi), are helping a third friend (Laurie), with her daughter's wedding reception- much more on that later. The three of us make a pretty good team, and have had a blast working together. This week we decided to make ourselves some matching utility aprons, just to make us feel a little more official.

Here's Barb, hard at work.

And Cyndi, a slave to the sewing machine.
Look at those mad skills.

The aprons have two layers of pockets, with three cute fabrics each.

We made each of them slightly different, but still matching.

Here's mine. I was digging the yellow polka dot.
It's hard to tell from the photo, but the yellow and the aqua chevron fabrics are the pockets.

A close up of the yummy fabric.

And here's my pretty girl modeling my finished apron.
Anybody need a party planner?
