Easy Valentine's Day Paper Craft

Last year I made this little Valentine's Day decoration for my home.

I printed the words on scrapbook paper, framed it out with a couple of coordinating colors, and trimmed the outside paper with pinking shears.

I glittered a small wooden ball and glued it to the end of a dowel,

punched a couple of holes in the paper for the dowel to slide through, and finished it off with a bit of striped ribbon.

And that's it!
