I love this recipe. It's super easy and fairly healthy. I don't measure anything, just chop and season to taste.
If you like feta cheese, you'll like this. If you don't like feta cheese,
their must be something seriously wrong with you.
Here how I make it:
Chop up some tomatoes and green onions
Add feta cheese (I use two of these, but one will work)
Throw it in a bowl
pour in a couple of tablespoons of olive oil and a couple of teaspoons of Greek seasoning
Mix it up, add a bit of salt and pepper
slice up a skinny baguette
Scoop it up and eat (preferably while standing over the kitchen sink)
Delish!

I have a flaw. I don't like Feta. Can we still be friends? :)
