Quick Lighting Update

I was looking for an inexpensive way to update a light fixture in our stairwell without the hassle of changing out all the electrical stuff. The vault is REALLY high and a big pain to change. The previous lights were OK, but I was ready to freshen them up. I also wanted something a little bigger.

And here it is now:

 

All I did was remove the glass dome and replace it with a large, oval cloth shade.

 So much more current! And it fits the space better as well.

And the best part?........It only cost 15 bucks!
