Fall is here! Which always makes me feel like baking with pumpkin.
This year I tried a new recipe from the King Arthur Flour website-Pumpkin Cake Doughnuts.
The recipe was super easy.
After mixing up the batter I spooned it into my mini doughnut pans. OK...these aren't really doughnut pans, but they worked.
After they cooked and cooled slightly I shook them in a bag of cinnamon sugar.
