I saw a sign like this a few years ago in a cute paper shop in Seattle. I took a picture of it so I could shamelessly copy it. It's super easy to make, I just printed the words on orange cardstock, layered it with white and then black cardstock and trimmed the edge with pinking shears.
I glittered a wood ball and glued it to the top of a dowel, added the ribbon, and sprayed the whole thing with silver spray glitter.
That's it! Easy peasy!
