For Thanksgiving this year, my plan was to keep it simple and easy. We set up two long tables in our front room, and I decorated them with things I already owned, or could make for free. The only new items were the plaid runners I made the day before.
Pumpkins on plate stands, pine cones, small paper banners in buckets of moss, and a few owls and birds filled the tables.
I used chargers that I've owned for years, and my everyday white dishes.
The result was simple, pretty, and fuss free.
Just what Thanksgiving should be.
