I can't believe I've passed the halfway mark for my summer art classes. The weeks are flying by!
This week we did Picasso Self Portraits. This idea is pretty popular out there in the internet, but we mixed it up a little by drawing them on white Bristol paper, cutting them out, and mounting them to a bright blue cardstock.
The kids were encouraged to make them bold, and funky- but still try to keep them looking a bit like themselves. I think they totally rocked it!
