Week 8 of art camp was all about details. We looked at drawings by Leonardo da Vinci, and talked about how details add interest and complexity to art.
They had their choice of drawing "Tiny Tree Towns" or "Small Space Cities", in pencil, colored pencil, ink, or pastels.
They took their time, and worked carefully to create beautiful works of art.
Some of them wanted their pictures taken with our class mascot, Mr. Krusty.
This summer has flown by. I can't believe I only have one more week with these kids.
